Shipping and dispatch
Parts in stock leave our warehouse in 1 to 2 business days, then take 2 to 6 business days by ground to the lower 48 states and DC. Your cart and your kit show the boxes, whether they ship together, and the total before you pay.
Rates
- Parcels: $9.95 per shipment, for any number of parcel parts. A box holds up to 40 lb; a big kit may come in more than one.
- Long boxes: gutter guards ship in a 50 in box, $18.00 for the first and $18.00 for each one after.
- Alaska, Hawaii, and US territories: freight is quoted before you pay. Your cart offers a freight quote instead of checkout.
One shipment or several
Most parts ship from our warehouse, packed by project and labeled with the opening each part is for, so a kit arrives together. A part shipped direct from its manufacturer comes separately, with its own tracking, and your cart says so before you pay. A part that isn’t in stock leaves when the manufacturer’s lead time allows, and the cart shows that window too.
Tracking and damage
Every box has a tracking number on your order page. If something arrives damaged, ask for a return from the order page within 30 days and we send a replacement and a prepaid label. Returns and wrong fits
