Terms of sale and use

Effective Nov 5, 2026. Ridgewell Radon is a business of Ridgewell Home, a trade name of M3 Group, LLC (“we”).

1. What you are buying

A radon test kit includes the device, laboratory analysis, a prepaid return mailer, reminders, and your report online. Supplies are sold as described on their product pages. Prices are in US dollars. Sales tax is added where it applies.

2. Orders and payment

Payment is taken on our processor’s hosted page; we never see your card number. An order is accepted when payment is confirmed. Trade accounts with approved terms are invoiced on the terms shown at checkout. We may cancel an order and refund it in full if a product is unavailable or a price was listed in error.

3. Shipping and returns

Kits ship within one business day. Unopened kits may be returned within 30 days for a full refund. Opened kits are not returnable. Our shipping, replacement, and refund policies are on the support page and form part of these terms.

4. Testing and results

A test measures the air at one location for one window and depends on the placement and conditions you report. Results are produced by an independent laboratory and reported as received, with the laboratory’s stated uncertainty. Guidance on our pages follows the U.S. EPA. We are not a licensed radon measurement or mitigation provider; where your state requires a licensed professional, a self-run kit may not satisfy that requirement, and we say so where we know it.

5. Replacements

If the laboratory cannot analyze a device because it arrived late, unsealed, damaged, or expired, we send one replacement at no charge. Further replacements are at our discretion.

6. Your account and records

Your property records, tests, and reports are yours. You control sharing through share links you can revoke. Trade accounts control access for their members. We keep records for as long as your account exists and for seven years after a report is issued, so that a later buyer or owner can rely on it if you choose to share it.

7. Limits

Our liability for any order is limited to the amount you paid for it. We are not liable for decisions made on the basis of a result, including decisions about a property transaction or a mitigation system. Nothing here limits liability that cannot be limited by law.
