Assignment in the field
Scan the code on any kit from your case, pick the property, add a job reference. The test files under that address from then on.
Reports by client
Every report under its property, with a read-only share link for the client, buyer, or landlord. Revoke it any time.
Real Estate Pairs
Two devices logged as one test and reported together with the average and the duplicate agreement.
Chain of custody
Numbered tamper seals logged at placement. Seal number, intake time, and analyst print on the report.

Cases ship by ground at a flat $11.95. Field supplies (seals, mailers) ship at list price. Orders of 500 kits or more, and private-label packaging, are quoted; ask on the form below.
Team testing orders
Buying kits for employees, tenants, members, or a housing program? Any account can place a team order: list the recipient emails at checkout and each person gets their own activation link when the kits ship.
You see that each test was completed. The result belongs to the person tested; they can share it with you from their report.
Property managers
Organize properties and units under your account with a client reference on each. Long-term cases come with reminders to the account contact when the minimum exposure is reached, so a year-round program runs itself.

Approval usually takes one business day. We check the license or business registration you give us, then trade pricing and batch tools turn on in your My Tests account.
