What we collect

Your email and name; the shipping address; the address of each property you test; what you log during a test; the laboratory’s results; and, for trade accounts, your license details. Our payment processor collects your card details; we never see them.

How we use it

To ship kits, run your tests, deliver reports, send the messages that help you act (tracking, registration, reminders, results), answer support, and verify trade accounts. We send marketing email only if you ask for it.

What we measure

We count visits, finder use, checkouts, orders, activations, samples returned, and reports delivered, under a random visitor id and, where you arrived through a partner link, that partner’s code. Property addresses and results never enter marketing analytics.

Sharing

Your property record and reports are private to your account. They are visible to someone else only through a share link you create, which you can revoke, or to members of your trade account. We send the laboratory the device serial and exposure window, not your name. We don’t sell personal information.

Retention and your choices

Account records are kept while your account exists and reports for seven years after issue. You can turn reminders off in settings, revoke any share link, and ask us to delete your account at [email protected]; we keep what the law or a pending order requires and delete the rest within 30 days.

Security

Sign-in is by single-use emailed link. Share links are long random tokens stored only as hashes. Operator access is role-based and audited. Payment is handled entirely by the processor.
